Sandy Creek Bible Camp offers a place of retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to a serene country setting where you and your group can allow the Word of God to penetrate your heart and change your life. We invite you to come apart and spend time in the rolling hills of the Brazos Valley to concentrate on our Lord Jesus Christ. Enjoy a spiritual workout as well as a physical workout by taking part in all the various activities available at Sandy Creek Bible Camp. Consider letting Sandy Creek Bible Camp be your host for: Week-long Youth Camps Church Retreats Bible Conferences Men's or Women's Retreats Youth Meetings Sandy Creek Bible Camp offers the following for reasonable rates: Dormitory facilities accomodating approximately 125 campers; all air-conditioned A new 2-Story Lodge with 10 motel-like rooms. Each room has it's own private bath. Other Hotel-type rooms for as many as 8 people Large, air-conditioned chapel building with 2 large fireplaces Delicious, healthful meals served in a large air-conditioned Dining Hall Playground Covered,lighted Basketball/Sports Court Softball Field with Backstop and Soccer Field with Goals Hay Rides Horseshoes Sand Volleyball Ping Pong Roller skating rink nearby Outdoor campfire ring Recreational Vehicle Hook-ups New Recrational Building with games and a Camp Store Rental Rates Program: Groups are expected to plan and execute their own program. Charges: Minimum Group size is 45 adults for weekends and 85 for week-long stays. Overnight lodging charges includes the use of the swimming pool if weather permits. Horseback riding and use of the Ropes Challenge course is available at an additional cost. Groups are charged for the actual number of people who attend, or pay for a minimum of 45 adults per weekend/85 adults per week, whichever is greater. Payment is due before leaving the camp grounds unless other arrangements are made prior to coming to camp. Lodging and Facilities: $30.00/person First night $25.00/person Second night $10.00/person Not spending the night For the motel-like rooms in Dining Hall or New Lodge, please add $10.00 per person/per night. Meals: Meal Ages 4-12 Adults Breakfast $6.00 $7.00 Brunch $6.00 $7.00 Lunch $6.00 $7.00 Supper $6.00 $7.00 Week-long camps: $285.00/person; $300 with T-shirts and pictures Camper Hook-Ups: $10.00/person/night Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the cost of the retreat. $400.00 for a weekend retreat per group. $600.00 for four days or more per group. Day Use of Facilities Pool Use: From May 1 through October 1, the swimming pool is available for rental for the following rates: $5.00/person for up to 2 hours $10.00/person for 2 - 4 hours $3.00/person/Snack Ropes/Challenge Course: 4 hours of guided low and high ropes elements will cost $10.00 per person. There is a group minimum of 15 people. We have 10 low ropes elements, a 35' climbing wall with a zip line at the top to decend on, and other high ropes challenges. Horseback Riding: Horseback riding is available for the cost of $10.00 per hour per person, with a minimum of 10 riders. |
