Register

There are three ways to register:   By Mail     (Sandy Creek Bible Camp, 5051 Prayer Lane, Washington, TX  77880-9716)   By Fax     (979-830-0400)   Online     ( click here to register online now ) Sandy Creek requires the following to confirm your registration:   Registration Form (by mail, fax or online)     ( click to download )   Completed Registration Packet, which will be sent to you after your initial registration, returned to us by within 2 weeks of the camp date   Deposit of $50.00 or you are not registered; or pay in full. Note to Parents From our camping experience, we do not recommend that you call or visit campers during the camp week because it can disrupt the continuity of the camper's weekly program.  Campers are allowed to leave camp only with their parents, or those who have written permission. Mail is an important part of the camper's week, so we encourage you to send mail.   Please do not send food packages.  Also, note that any mail sent within the last 3 days of the week probably will not be received at camp before the camper leaves.   You can email your camper at sandycreekbiblecamp@hughes.net.  Put the camper's name in the subject line. Please call ONLY IN EMERGENCY.   For additional information, or for emergencies, the camp phone number is (979) 836-6817.  Generally the office hours are 8 am until 8 pm.  If there is no answer, please leave a message.   Your message will be delivered to the camper, and the camper can call home if necessary. You may fax your registration.  However, a deposit and ORIGINAL registration form must be received within five days of the fax or it will not be confirmed.  Registrations received by fax or online will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, just like those received by mail or delivered in person.  The camp fax number is (979) 830-0400. Please bring the following to Sandy Creek Bible Camp:   Bedding:   2 single sheets and blanket, or sleeping bag and pillow   Modest clothing    (no short shorts, tops should cover shoulders and stomach.  Please mark clothing with name.)   Sneakers   Shoes for hiking and horseback riding   Long pants for horseback riding   Modest swimsuit (one-piece, please)   Towels and personal toiletries   Flashlight   Bible and notebook, pencil or pen   Musical instrument if you want to play it at camp   Any medications must be in original container and given to the nurse at registration time. Please do not bring the following :   Electronic games   Expensive jewelry   Cell Phones, pagers   Expensive cameras   Playing cards   Radios, tape deck or CD player or MP3 players   Tobacco   Fireworks   Alcohol   Drugs   Weapons   Comic Books Special Pricing If you would like to save money, then send your registration PAID IN FULL prior to 30 days before your weekly session begins and you will receive a $20.00 discount. That's right! If you pay $275.00 IN FULL by 30 days in advance, you get the $20.00 discount!
