What should I bring to camp? Bible and notebook pen or pencil flashlight 2 single sheets or sleeping bag blanket and pillow towels and personal toiletries modest clothing bathing suit shoes shoes for hiking and horseback riding long pants for horseback riding musical instrument if you would like to play it What am I not allowed to bring to camp? cell phones or pagers electronic games radios, tapes or CDs tape or CD players or mp3 players or the like playing cards of any kind expensive jewelry expensive cameras fireworks weapons, including pocket knives tobacco of any kind alcohol or drugs When do I need to send the deposit? A $50 deposit must be sent with all registrations, summer camp and retreats or the registration is not complete nor recorded. What happens after I send in a deposit and registration? When we receive a registration, we send you a receipt and a packet of health and permission forms to be filled out and returned. We also inform the director of the specific camp session so that they can let you know about things like the theme for the week or whether your child should bring anything special for that particular week. What time does registration start? Registration starts at 4 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. When is the camp week over? The summer weekly camping program ends at 6:00 pm on Friday. You may pick up your campers then. |
